Since it is produced from 18/10 first class stainless steel without welding, it is very durable and smooth. It gets its shine and brightness from the natural wear of pure steel and no additional coating technique is applied. The forks are sanded twice and brought to their smoothest state both for ease of use and to prevent oil, bacteria and dirt residues.
