Return Policy

Return Policy:

  • All products may be returned and fully reimbursed within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of the date of purchase.
  • To return an item for manufacturing faults, it must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it. It also needs to be in its original packaging.
  • If you get a product that is broken, please take a picture of it and its packaging so we may make a claim with the delivery company and pay you back. The firm will pay the shipping expenses.
  • The consumer must file a complaint within 24 hours after obtaining the goods.
  • The original receipt is required for exchanges and returns.


    Refund Policy:

    • We will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected as soon as we receive and analyze the returned Product. If accepted, refunds will be made using the original mode of payment, minus any applicable fees and shipping costs.
    • The original receipt is required to be presented in the event of a return or exchange.
